I am a Redondo Beach native. I grew up in South Redondo in a wonderful family. I am the youngest of 4 children and my father, Jim Wood, owned his own real estate company - Jim Wood & Associates in the Riviera Village. I followed his example and started selling in 1975 right after graduating from Notre Dame. Fortunately, I picked the right career, as I love my work. It is easy to work 7 days a week, which always makes me accessible to my clients. Also, it is so fantastic to work and live in such a beautiful area.
I have been successfully selling homes in the South Bay - Redondo Beach, Riviera, Torrance, Hermosa Beach, Manhattan Beach and Palos Verdes for over 40 years and I know this market well.
